As CTO for Specialty Solutions, Urvi leads the digital transformation of the business and is responsible for creating next generation models to empower biopharma companies, specialty physician practices and patients to be successful in a dynamic healthcare environment. Urvi is a healthcare technology executive with a track record of delivering software products generating annual revenue exceeding $200 million. She has the experience of growing a 5-member startup team to a global engineering setup with over 200 members working on multiple products across several technology stacks. As her startup flourished and transformed, she had the opportunity to learn and adapt the development and leadership approach to suit the changing needs and mature as a leader. She is a big believer in iterative feedback-oriented development processes regardless of the size and scope of the task at hand and have consistently experienced success in achieving targets, often with a demanding timeline and budget. Her passion is to create new enterprise products with intuitive, efficient, and attractive user experience.
